this is us making a gingerbread house. it's not finished yet. i'm so glad this is out of focus. it makes my fat arms look thinner and blurs the chesty area. I'm not loosing baby fat, I'm gaining xmas pounds!!

1st snow of the season

This is Buster, her school pet, each child gets to take him home and she got him over the holiday for an extra long visit. There's a journal that comes with him to document his stay. He's been in her bed until this morning when I decided he needed to get out to have something exciting to write in the journal. I finally got around to reading all the other journal entries last night and he goes back on Tuesday, so thank heaven for the snow!!
And although Elmo has been bumped from her favorite thing to watch you can see his still considered a part of the family as pictured here with Teagan, Laszlo and cousin Gabriel.

Thank goodness downloading and importing videos wasn't as hard as I thought it would be(i typed too soon! this took me a good part of all of my free time today (and part of today too)). So there will be more...we'll see. The trick, I know going forward, is to keep the video clips short so I don't have to edit them down. This was taken in Julyish at the apartment here in STL, before she had a real baby to play with! Real baby coming soon...

Yes, she now puts her pee pee in the potty!! Only one accident on Saturday and frankly I think she just forgot that she was wearing her big girl panties. And yes, her favorites are the Elmo boy underwear which she prefers to wear backwards, however she's got them on the right way in this picture.

This was my hat from a dance recital costume from when I was little. I took several shots but this one with her leg up was just too cute!!

After pushing out 7 lbs 11 ozs

Here's a picture of us in the NICU. Thankfully, my experience as a Cuddler at Vandy's NICU kept me from being to horrified by all the wires, tubes and beeping. Luckily, our stay there wasn't too long. Laszlo was considered the big baby while there, especially next to his 24 weeker cribmate.
